The company operates a network of distribution centers around the country and maintains a fleet of drivers that make direct deliveries to its customers.About the Position:Hiring for a DOT Compliance Fleet Manager, in a key-management role, responsible for coordinating the efficient management of fleet assets and for maintaining and enhancing the company compliance, fleet, and driver safety.Requirements:Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in DOT compliance.5+ years experience in DOT/fleet management.Knowledge of all aspects of fleet/DOT compliance and related state/federal regulations required; including driver qualification files, driver logs, vehicle compliance, permits, tracking of all vehicles, etc..Knowledge and understanding of fleet/DOT management regulations and best practice.Knowledge and understanding of safety program management, regulations and best practices.
